This policy explains how personal data is collected and used by the applications
provided by vivid_wave / Geungho Lee (the "Developer"), including Vintage
Pomodoro (Windows), PomodoroCage / Auto Pomodoro (iOS), RiseSync, 사계기록
(Harugirok), Brainwire, and 35Closer (collectively, the "Apps").
1. Information We Collect
The Apps process only the minimal information below, and only on the user's own device.
No personal data is transmitted to any server operated by the Developer.
Collected data: app usage/session history, focus/break timer session
records, and timer/lock settings — all stored only on the user's device (Windows local app
storage, iOS Documents, or Android internal storage).
External transmission: None. Some apps (e.g. cross-device Pomodoro
sync) only communicate with a personal Mac server on the user's own local Wi-Fi network that
the user explicitly configures; that communication never leaves the local network.
2. Purpose of Use
Running the focus/break timer and displaying today's session statistics.
Syncing timer state across a user's own devices (e.g. Mac/iPhone), where applicable.
Optional break-lock features (e.g. Vintage Pomodoro's strict lock) that keep the app
active during a scheduled break — this setting is stored locally and never leaves the device.
3. Storage and Deletion
All data is stored only on the user's device and is removed when the app is uninstalled.
The Developer does not collect or retain any personal data on any server.
4. Third-Party Sharing
The Developer does not share user personal data with any third party.
5. Your Rights
You may uninstall any app at any time to remove all data stored on your device. For any

1. 수집하는 개인정보
앱은 다음과 같이 최소한의 정보만을 기기 내에서 처리하며, 별도의 서버로 개인정보를 전송하지 않습니다.
수집 항목: 앱 실행 기록, 포모도로/집중 세션 기록, 타이머·잠금 설정값 —
모두 사용자 기기(Windows 로컬 저장소 / iOS Documents / Android 내부 저장소)에만 저장됩니다.
외부 전송: 없음. 일부 앱(포모도로 동기화 등)은 사용자가 직접 지정한 같은
Wi-Fi 네트워크 내의 개인 Mac 서버와만 통신하며, 그 통신은 외부 인터넷으로 전송되지 않습니다.
2. 개인정보의 이용 목적
집중·휴식 타이머 동작 및 오늘의 통계 표시
기기 간(맥/아이폰) 타이머 상태 동기화(사용자 소유 기기 간에 한정)
Vintage Pomodoro의 "실제 잠금(strict lock)" 등 선택적 휴식 강제 기능 — 설정값은 기기에만 저장됩니다.
3. 개인정보의 보관 및 파기
모든 데이터는 사용자 기기 내에 저장되며, 앱 삭제 시 함께 삭제됩니다. 개발자가 수집·보관하는 개인정보는 없습니다.
4. 제3자 제공
개발자는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
5. 이용자의 권리
