보통 영업일 기준 1~2일 안에 답변드립니다. 버그를 신고하실 때는 기기 모델, OS 버전, 증상이 생기는 순서를 함께 적어주시면 빠르게 확인할 수 있습니다.
앱을 완전히 종료한 뒤 Mac을 재시작하고 다시 열어보세요. 그래도 같은 증상이면 위 이메일로 macOS 버전과 함께 알려주시면 업데이트로 수정하겠습니다.
두 기기가 같은 계정에 로그인되어 있는지, 네트워크 연결이 정상인지 확인해주세요. 한쪽 앱을 껐다 켜면 최신 상태로 다시 맞춰집니다.
앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 모든 기록이 함께 삭제됩니다. 개발자 서버에 보관되는 데이터는 없습니다.

App won't launch / quits immediately: fully quit the app, restart your Mac, and open it again. If it persists, email us your macOS version and we will fix it in an update.
